Vac1Bodine has a variety of wet-dry vacuum trucks capable of managing almost any application.
Whether your need is a hi-flow, hi-dump, hi-rail, hydro-excavation or transfer capable vacuum truck, Bodine can meet your needs. Whether it is general cleaning of dust in a manufacturing area, liquid recovery from a tank or vacuuming metal scrap or chemical spills, Bodine has a solution.  We can vacuum material from the basement of a manufacturing facility, 8
th floor of a power generation facility, 500’ feet down a creek near an interstate or on a railroad track, Bodine can go wherever the product or pollutants are located.

As safety is always the top priority, it is important to note that many safety features such as automatic vacuum breakers, emergency shutdown, hydraulic rear door locks and reflective striping are part of the equipment package on these new industrial vacuum units.  In addition, Bodine also provides hi-vis grounded vacuum hose to ensure a safe project.  Safety, Service and Professionalism are the deliverables that Bodine strives to bring to each and every job we do.

Bodine utilizes over 30 vacuum trucks on a daily basis to vacuum such materials as coal, grain, fly ash, sludge, water, railroad ballast and just about anything that will flow in the end of 8”, 6”, 4” or 2” vacuum hose. The bag house technology prevents fine particulate dry material from entering the atmosphere through the exhaust. A hydraulic rear locking door enables the holding and unloading of liquid and solid materials.  A wireless remote control feature allows the truck to be operated from outside the vehicle-positioning the operator close to the work site, bringing an added degree of safety to almost any project.

High Dump Capability Saves Time and Money

Many of Bodine’s industrial vacuum trucks are equipped with high-dump capabilities making it possible to unload the vacuumed material from the debris tank directly into a roll-off container. Vacuum trucks without the high-dump feature must unload the contents of their tank directly on the ground, often requiring the need for a loader and operator to handle the material a second time.  This undoubtedly adds time, takes additional space and can add cost to a project.

Hi-Rail Vacuum Truck Services

Bodine has industrial vacuum trucks outfitted for use on railroad tracks.  Be it an emergency response on the rails or routine maintenance, Bodine has the equipment and trained personnel to respond quickly and professionally.  Over time, leaking rail cars deposit dry and liquid material on and around track and rail sidings.  Removing the spilled material and contaminated ballast rock is efficiently accomplished using this specialized equipment.

Bodine continues to provide specialized industrial cleaning services to a wide variety of corporate and municipal clients. We operate from a core philosophy of adding value to our client's business by providing solutions to their difficult cleaning problems.

No company wants to be in need of emergency response services but accidents happen. And when they do, you definitely want the experience and technical capabilities that Bodine Services provides.
