The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulates point sources of discharge into surface waters. Point sources are things like ditches or pipes.

Facilities such as those used for agriculture, industrial / commercial, sewage and wastewater treatment, animal feeding operations, and storm water collection are subject to the NPDES permitting process.

Illinois is an Approved State under the NPDES permitting program.

Bodine has the experience, and trained / certificated personnel to help you determine the effluent limits and monitoring and reporting requirements you will need on your NPDES Permit.
