What is hydroblasting?

Water blasting or hydroblasting is cleaning with pressurized water.   Water blasting capabilities are typically measure in psi [pounds per square inch]. 

• High pressure hydroblasting operates at pressures above 10,000 PSI or 10k. Ultra high pressure hydroblasting operates at water pressures 25,000 PSI up to 40,000 PSI or 25k - 40k.

Bodine's hydroblasting has a capability of up to 40,000 psi, volumes up to 180 g.p.m., and can use up to 5 water blasting guns from one pump using a high pressure manifold.

Versatile 10k, 20k, and 40k water blasting reduces downtime for cleaning and removal of paint, oils, greases, process residue, and scale.   Where sparks and ignition may cause risks from grinding or scraping, hydroblasting can do the cleaning faster and safer

Water blasting with 2-D and 3-D automated spin heads are also available, eliminating confined space entry for tank cleaning. Bodine Services offers multi-capability crews which can handle several levels of cleaning with one visit to your facility.
