Industrial Vacuum Trucks

Bodine Services has wet-dry vacuum capability sized to fit your applications, from general cleaning to liquid recovery to picking up metal scrap and chemical spills. Filtration keeps the asbestos, lead, aluminum, ceramic dust, fiberglass, and similar materials in the truck tank or portable vacuum container and not in your facility's air. Whether your location is an office, machine shop, industrial facility, hospital, or clean room, Bodine Services can go wherever the pollutants are, to remove dusts, leaks, scrap, or spills of any material.

Industrial Vacuum Trucks at Bodine Services of Peoria

Bodine Services of Peoria is home to two of the latest and most advanced industrial vacuum trucks on the market. Designed and manufactured by Vac-Con of Green Cove Springs Florida, these big red machines feature a 27” blower and market leading 3-stage centrifugal compressor system. With this power, these trucks are capable of vacuuming wet or dry material at a very rapid rate into the 16 cubic yard debris tank.

Bodine utilizes these and over 30 more similar units on a daily basis to vacuum such materials as coal, grain, fly ash, sludge, water, railroad ballast and just about anything that will flow to the end of the vacuum hose. The twin-bag house technology prevents fine particulate dry material from entering the atmosphere through the exhaust. Hydraulic rear door locks prevent debris from escaping the tank section. A wireless remote control feature allows the truck to be operated from outside the vehicle-positioning the operator close to the work site, bringing an added degree of safety to almost any project.

High Dump Capability Saves Time and Money

Many of Bodine’s industrial vacuum trucks are equipped with high-dump capabilities making it possible to dump the debris tank directly into a roll-off container. Vacuum trucks without the high-dump feature must unload the contents of their tank directly on the ground often requiring the need for a loader and operator to handle the material a second time. This undoubtedly adds time and therefore cost to many projects.

As safety is always the top priority at all Bodine companies, it is important to note that many safety features such as automatic vacuum breakers, emergency shut down, hydraulic rear door locks and reflective striping are part of the equipment package on these new industrial vacuum units. Bodine is pleased to be able to offer this state of the art equipment to all clients. We understand the demands placed on all businesses in these challenging economic times and trust that our clients will recognize the value that comes from placing the best equipment available in the hands of well trained professionals. Safety, Service and Professionalism are the deliverables that Bodine strives to bring to each and every job we do.
