During a recent project where
Bodine was asked to clean 100 feet of 4” process piping in
an industrial plant. The
welded stainless pipe would need to be replaced if someone could
not clean the 1” thick, concrete-like deposits that lined
the inner wall. The cost of replacement would be expensive,
but the real significant cost would be the downtime and disruption
involved in replacing this run…and this was only one of
several in the plant.
Other industrial cleaners had given up and suggested the only option was to replace the fouled piping. Making one final effort to avoid this expenditure, the client asked Bodine if they had a solution. With no guarantee of success or promise to cover the cost of failure, Bodine invested a significant amount of money in specialized hydro jetting tools and set out to find a solution to this client's problem.
Bodine successfully cleaned the run of piping saving our client a significant amount of money, adding value to their business and solidifying our position as a trusted partner and service provider.
