Bodine Services of the Midwest is a full service
industrial plant maintenance, environmental contracting and waste
transportation company. For over 45 years, Bodine has been providing
responsive and professional services to the municipal, industrial
and commercial communities. We provide services throughout the
Midwest, and have four locations with approximately 250 employees.
Bodine currently has an opening for Industrial
Maintenance Supervisors at its Clinton, IA facility. As we
continue to grow, we are looking for talented and hard working
individuals to help us successfully meet our business needs,
forge solid relationships with our clients, and ensure that
we incorporate the company’s SAFETY culture
at every job site.
Key responsibilities for these hands-on positions include:
- Support and administer the company’s
Safety Program
- Supervise teams of employees at client sites,
who are providing a full range of hazardous and non-hazardous
industrial cleaning services
- Project set-up and inspection
- Establish and
maintain solid client relations
- Conduct on-the-job training
as needed
- Conduct thorough Job Hazard Analysis daily
at each job site
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Project Estimating
Qualified candidates will have:
- 2-5 years supervisory
experience
- H.S. Diploma or Above
- Experience working with
water blasting equipment and wet/dry industrial vacuum
trucks is desired
- Mechanical tube scraping, poly pigging, and/or
sand blasting experience a plus
- Desire to progress within our
organization
